Refund policy

1. Returns

Because all products are specially printed to order (print-on-demand), we cannot accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect sizes or personal preferences.

2. Faulty or damaged items

If a product arrives faulty, misprinted or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please send an email to: avptallarita@hotmail.com with the following information: 

– Order number

– Description of the problem

– Photos of the article 

We will then issue a replacement or refund. 

3. Incorrectly delivered items

If an incorrect item is delivered, we will also provide a free replacement. 

4. Non-returnable items

Due to custom manufacturing, the following reasons are not eligible for return or refund:

– Wrong choice of size

– Disliked

– Slight color variations between screen and print 

5. Return shipping costs 

If a return is necessary (e.g. if it is defective), we will cover the costs. Please do not return items before contacting us — Printful requires documentation first.
