Shipping policy

1. Production time 

All products are made on demand especially for you. 
The usual production time is: 
– 2-5 business days for apparel
– 2-7 business days for accessories and print products

2. Shipping times
Shipping time depends on the destination country:
– Germany: 3-6 working days
– EU: 4-8 working days
– International: 7-21 business days
These times are estimates and may vary seasonally.

3. Shipping costs
The shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on:
– Type of product
– Production location
– Delivery address

4. Third Party Order Fulfillment
Production and shipping are carried out by Printful. This means that an order can consist of several partial deliveries.

5. Customs and import fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Incorrect delivery address
We assume no liability for delivery errors due to incorrectly entered address details. In such cases, the buyer bears all subsequent costs.

7. Undelivered shipments
